P5LD2 945p and OCZ plat ddr2 800 compatible?

I now that this memory has a bunch of compatibility problems with some AM2 motherboards and am wondering if it is compatible with this one? The asus site has nothing on mem compatibility with this board that I could find.

Any help would be appreciated...
