vCore on P4S800-MX SE ?

Is this board meant to have the option of changing the vCore of the cpu? I can't find it anywhere in the BIOS, and i think at an extra +0.05v this Celeron D could do 3.6 (tops out at 3.45 on current stock vCore)

Could anyone enlighten me as to how i could change it? Or recommend a BIOS update that will allow the option?
