Run it for a while and then twist the heatsink off - do it while
the pc is off though.
Put it in the frezzer in the coldest area for a good while and twist
it off!

To re-apply a hsf use arctic silver epoxy, some say you should
mix alittle bit of arctic silver 2 with it so you can remove it if
you need too.

i think most voodoos are attached witha glue, you should put it in an anti static bag and put it in the freezer for a few minutes, when it comes out put a flat heated screwdriver under it an leaver it off, i would use artic silver epoxy to glue another one back on, however this is expensive and a better idea may be artic silver mixed with normal epoxy or blobs of super glue on each side, if you do not have any artic silver get some as it is one of the best thermal pastes around
