what do I do to get MBM to load at start up in windows XP??I get a mesage box saying that giveio must be installed for MBM to run in win NT or win 2000 ..looked on MBM site and couldn't find anything about it
Weird..
When installing MBM it gives you an option of 2 choices I think it's a dropdown box..
I used the one that they recommend .. And I opened MBM and I checked "Start MBM altogether with Windows"...
See if you can use those configurations and see if they work.

I believe if you set the giveio service to start with the system, it will work.

i bet u only installed it on one partiton huh, and either trying to ue it with the other one, or installed it then upgraded and tyring to still use ti. Reinstall MBM and it will THEN be gone, it happend to me every time i reinstall and dont format. OR if i have it installed in the 2k partiton it has to be installed while booted into my XP partiton also - then you can just drag it to the startup folder adn it will start with windows.
