i used to play this all the time... recently installed it again .. pretty fun .. especially it being free !!

with the 2.7 they are supposed to introduce vehicles (stryker, m1a1, humvee I think) they are introducing the digital camo uniform, new levels, and co-op play. It was supposed to come out in july but was delayed. I don't know when it will be released now.

I played it some, but my GF3 doesnt get very good framerates. I have really played any game since Quake3.

dont sweat it ... im playing with my lappy radeon 7500 mobility (oc'ed to the gillz) and it doesnt do to bad..

I have 2 dell lappy's, one with a 16mb 7500 and 1 with a 32mb 7500. Where would i look to try to o/c them?

mine is a 64mb (whoopty doo but it helps compared to 32 :D )

i use ati tool and 3dmark to test stability ..

sure wish i could overclock cpu ..

I play it, but here is the problem.
I play on the bridge crossing map, and it seems that on EVERY server its stacked for defense.

^^ Thats me, Love this game. I would recommend anyone to at least try it out. We have lost our last 5 matches :p were a mainly inter team that just got move up to CAL-M and HTGN Pro cal is not a problem and we are not doing half bad in HTGN considering 2 of our last 3 losses were really close against some of the best teams in the game.

i try to play as many maps as possible, usally avoid bridge because its packed with noobs and cheaters. usually i play dusk or SF pipeline. if anybody has their E&E done come join me on the {9thInf} server

all i ever do is look for lowest ping and one that has a few players on it .. to me that is a good server :D

Haven't played since 2.4. Used to be "the sniper" for the team in almost every map. I lost interest eventually though.

Wonder when the UE3 graphics overhaul is gonna be.

There are other Games besides AA?...I think it's all a myth about other games....just like North Hills on IC....

You have to be 15 honor for SF

Look for servers that force SF weapons....The only one's I know of are on Insurgent Camp (IC).....because there are NO other maps!

BTW, I tried Pipeline, and was AMAZED at it. My honor immidiatly rocketed to 13 in like an hour of playing. I was getting insane kills! In that map its just amazing how easy it is to hide. I killed 4 people when hiding in bathroom caridor. I killed so many when hiding in the showers.

It goes up pretty quick at first but it gets harder.

i am a much better player when i have top qaulity pc.. low settings vs. high makes a big difference..

^^^ I beg to differ, lower settings on SOME games means less foliage which means greater visibility.

correct ..but most are better with high qaulity settings.. your visibility is much greater ... easier to see shadows, etc...
