P5W DH w/ Memory Problems

Okay i'm running OCZ Platinum PC-6400 XTC and have problems with memory timings. Unless I run the board completely stock and use manual timings I get errors in Memtest(I even try the most lax timings and upping the voltage). Once I start overclocking I can't even use manual timings, even if it is a modest overclock. I'm not sure if it's my memory or if a lot of people are having problems with timings. I've seen a few posts over at XS forums with people having problems. I've been trying to get help from OCZ support so we'll see what they say. I just wanted a concensus from here.

Bios 1101
Memory is rated at 5-4-5-15 @ 2.1V

The QVL link on the left does not show compatability testing with OCZ memory. I checked the QVL before buying and bought Corsair XMS2 which has run without issues...running the 0801 bios released 7/14
