On my new computer im getting an ASUS v8200 GF3 (Deluxe) and im curious what is a good setting for overclocking on the card before it begins to have issues...

the best way to OC a video card is to bump up the settings 5mhz then run 3dmark to make sure there are no artifacts, if there arent then bump it up more, there is no certain speed to oc to...

well a quicker way would be the first time you oc, tkae it to like a mild oc that is more than 5 mhz, like the first time i tried my 200/400 geforce2pro at 225/235 then started going up from tehre in 5 mhz increments on your card take it from 500 to 525 and 250 (i think) to 275 and then go up from there 3dmark each time, also you only have to run one benchie or two to see if there are artifacts....
