I have an Antec 300 watt PSU now and have a lot hooked up to it and was wondering how I'd know when I needed a new PSU for SURE. I probably will get a 400 watt+ sometime soon, but if I really don't need it, I'll be more likely to wait.
I have an OCed 1.4 athlon (to 1.6), 2 60 mm 38 CFM Deltas (one on Thermalright SK-6 heatsink, the other on my video card), 6 80 mm case fans, CD-RW, floppy, 7200 RPM HD, GeForce 2 MX400, few PCIs.
I monitor my voltages (+12v, +5v, +3.3v, and vcore) regularly and they stay nearly identical to those values. I never see any "dragging down" as it were of any of them regardless of what I am doing.
I will go with Antec or Enermax for my larger PSU as they seem to be industry standard. Any thoughts on this too?
Thanks for any and all replies.
