first anyone who has answered me via PM or POST in past big thanx and apologies if some things went unanswered as i only had occasional web access. now im on full time again! :cool:

Any way anyone got any views on this

celeron cCo600@600!(can go to 675&745 with upping fsb in bios from default 66 to 75 &88 respectively) this does not affect my temps but something to do with bridge speed changes got me advised not to do this, on my last mobo(msi ms-6178) i could up the fsb to 100 via a mobo jumper and this used to default my cellie @ 901
i broke that board and got a cheap Elite group P6BXT-A+(slot 1 & socket 370) it has same jumper as last board but wont even boot? here are my current specs

heh, well ECS boards arent exactly designed for ocing, i suggest you get yourself some nice ASUS or Abit board for like 100 bucks, i have seen the BP6 for liek 80 on pricewatch...

thanx for ure input no cash or a new mobo could have been a possibility , i have some nice hardware for swapping does ane1 know where i might get a swap for a cd rw ,ati rage xpert 200 or hercules 3D prophet ii MX & a soundblaster pci sound card an unknown make sound card (almost identical 2 sb pci) plus i have a skeleton of a PC with asus mobo with pentium pro on socket 7 it takes edo ram only.............................................. ....respect
