Well since I am going to get the fortron 400W soon. I was wondering what your guys' take is on Topower's 400W OEM Model. I cant find much info on it but I have read around here that it can be a hit or miss with some Topower. If this was directly from Topower what's your take on it? If it's bad I was thinking of trying out the E-Power 400W just for the heck of it. Since I'm not a serious overclocker a friend of mine is wanting to build a new computer but he wanted me to try out the PSU before he bought it. Thing is he doesnt plan to overclock and is actually going to get the same system as mine except instead of 3200+ he is going to hit with a 4000+ San Diego Core.

They're both Topower - I think I'd pass on them. The price is way too low to be any of Topower's good units.
