I am in Afghanistan and I have a dial up or slower connection on a good day.
I also beleive I am logging into a proxy server before browsing the web.
I get a lot of web pages that will time out, and I imagine its because of the slow connection.
Is there any file or setttings I can adjust in XP to help this out? Anyway to increase the time out period, or is this completely depended on the proxy server settings.
