well highest i can get my 2500+ sempron to is 2.4ghz. probly becuase i got a cheap psu and the .12 votl rail at idle goes from 11.86 high at idle to 11.84. unloder cpu load it goes down to 11.79 11.78.
for my psu i was going to go with a 360wat silverstone but i seen this psu and read some reviews and find it to better for me.

might need a y splitter but no big deal.
i dont count on my oc to get any better with a more stable psu. i expect a 2.4ghz oc that i'll run all the time when i get my new card. SM 3.0 is a must for this card. so how would these cards be for my bottleneck
6800XT XFX. damn sexy card. "these cards dont have pcie to agp chips do they? i'll be picking up the 256bit 256mb version water cooling it and oc'ed it.
6800Gs BFG. i know i'll bottle neck on this. i'll unlock it to 16/6 if i get it and i wanna know if the bottle neck would restrict me enought to make me consider the 6800XT? i know the 6800GS even with a cpu bottle neck will out proform the xt but i plan on overclocking the xt the most i can.
i would consider a 6600GT but there the same price of the 6800Xt and not as sexy. i also see some bench's that place the 6800XT at stock above a 6600gt but not by much.

PCB blue or black. "i wanna match my mobo lol"
brands XFX, BFG, EVGA, Leadtech
256bit mem interface
125mb vram but i really want 256mb but i'll take a good card with 128mb.
