Just wondering if you can take a screenshot of a video file playing in windows media player 8. Well? huh? eh?:eh?:
Just the vid itself or the whole things with the buttons and such?
To take the picture of the browser is Alt+Print Screen

LOL wadda gonna do throw a brick at Gates mansion window?
I'll bet you were looking for an avatar. Something needed to replace AYB, and I think YATTA has done that quite effectively. Although I really don't see the humor in it.
There is an inexpensive program from:

which digitally records streaming audio. I believe that they are planning to add digital video recording in the near future. I am not positive about this. So anyone considering buying this should buy it for the audio recording which is first rate.

Try VCDcutter, it will play almost all files (.avi, .mpg, .dat, .mov)and saves the screenshot automatically as a .BMP (no need to paste :) ).
Not sure if it will run on XP (it was made for 95/98 and NT, but it does run on ME)
VCDcutter (http://www.seller-club.com/~vcdcut/loadv.htm)
This one works at low framerates that are typical for modem hookups but not at cable video 300KPS rates.

Screen Shot Wizard
I am having some other problems with it at times.
