Does every mobo have this or?

Me BE6 me thinks doesn't have it.. Or at least I don't think.
 
Probably not. I only started seeing this available when the VIA chipset started being implemented.

Most settings it controls you can also change manually, one-by-one, in your BIOS though.
 
On my KT7a, Turbo changes the RAM tRAS, tRP & tRCD timings to the fastest setting. Some BIOS show it as names like Normal, Fast or Turbo, others show tRAS, tRP & tRCD & then the timing #. Lower # is faster

yeah it has to do with mem timmings. The faster the better. But I had prob running mine on turbo with my CAS3 memory.

I need to upgrade to CAS2 soon!!!!!!!!!
