Which quiet fans work with the alpha pal8045 hs?

I'm building my 1st system, an epox 8kha+, xp 1700+, and I just bought an alpha pal8045 hs without a fan. My goal is to put 3 low noise/speed case fans in with a fan on the hs and overclock to the point where the temp is in check and I can live with the fan noise. I'd like to put an 80mm "Enermax Thermo Control Fan (multi-speed) UC-8FAB" on it or a single speed fan with a CFM of less than 30. However, I really have no idea which fans do and do not work with the pal8045. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

panaflo L1 are really nice for low noise! I would look at the H1 running one now and it is very quiet. many online places have them. 40cfm or so will work nicely and keep the temps down.

any 80mm fan will work with that alpha, i would get a loud deklta and run it at 5 or 7 volts, making it almost silent but offering the cooling advantage when it needs it.
