Is this a good PSU?

I won this PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817104902 at a LAN party a few weeks back. As of right now I have no use for it except to either sell it in the classies or keep it and possibly build an HTPC later on. It should be good being that its a Forton but i have had a couple people says its rails look a little weak.

The Zen is one of the best regulating units FSP makes, if not the best - I'd keep it around. The design is better than the Epsilons, though not that powerful.
