I'm stumped, on my 3rd video card, but the system will only boot in vga mode OR safe mode of course, but still that's no good!
I'm on a fresh install of windows xp home, everything is updated, and I've tried every driver I can find for the cards - all 3 ARE ATI , I'm not sure if this has anything todo with it or not, but it was working with an ATI card just fine, then stoped working after I had to reinstall windows.. so I replaced the card.. and still no good.
I can only assume that it is a software issue? Is this a known problem?
