help on getting rid of a virus

i have this thing next to my clock that keeps giving me this bubble

when i click on the bubble it sends me to

probably should go there.
how do i get rid of this and is this the correct section? i have avira antivir peronsonal 7 and it finds other viruses but doesnt bother the popup.

run spybot and adaware in safe mod as an admin and get rid of this ****!
don't forget to turn off system restore before to do it, and once cleaned re-enable it if you use it ;)
you may be have to reinstall antivirus after the clean to insure that everything is back on working well ;)

6 months ago I had a bubble say you computer is infected then it said push this button to solve the problem. It took me to the internet and all web pages were shut down but one that said for me to buy this spy sheriff crap. Whatever you do, dont buy it. I just did a system restore and had to wipe my computer. My case was bad i had 3 worms and 60 spyware. watch what you download!!!!!!!!!
