The nastiest one I've heard of is called Toast, but I'm not sure of a link to it.....


The best CPU stress test of all is of course SETI. It will run your CPU at 100% load quite happily.

Man! Toast is EVIL! Only 3 seconds into the program, and my computer has all the symtoms of a frozen computer. Except that I can kill the program with ctrl+alt+del. That's some stress tester!! Definatly try it!!!
