P5W DH POST JAM for 30sec then cont to load

i donno wat i did. i removed the Asus optional NB fan, went to bios played with the Q fan and now whenever i boot up it'll jam at the initializing detecting for 30sec then cont to boot to windows. in the pass it was not like these. is there anyway i can reset it back to nromal?

Disable the Q-Fan monitoring. I don't know why it increases POST time, but you're not alone.
