Networking Problem

I just moved into a new place and the internet cable connection will only let one PC work through any router. I pulled up an ipconfig /all when i was connected directly to the modem and noticed that "IP Routing Enabled" was set to No. How can I get my connection to route?

Buy a router and you can put on as many PCs as you want.

If there is no routing, you can't get out of your local subnet, no matter if there is a router or direct connection or whatever in between: if you can reach google.com, there is IP routing.
