Ok, the best way I see to unlock the XP is the way they did over at vr-zone: http://www.vr-zone.com/guides/AMD/AthlonXPUnlock/
They use CircuitWorks Siver Conductive Grease but I had an Idea: I already have a huge supply of Arctic Silver 2, does this have the same conductivity properties as the CircuitWorks? Any of you electric heads know? Cause the silver grease is $$$! Thanks!

Arctic Silver is specially designed NOT to be electrically conductive. I am sure it is not an insulator, but it is not a good conductor.

Copied this from the AC website:
"Negligible electrical conductivity.
Arctic Silver II was formulated to conduct heat, not electricity. It is only electrically conductive in a thin layer under extreme compression.

(While much safer than electrically conductive silver and copper greases, Arctic Silver II should be kept away from electrical traces, pins, and leads. The compound is slightly capacitive and could potentially cause problems if it bridged two close-proximity electrical paths.)"
