ok, a while ago i had problems with my card(still have). so i sent it back to the retailer and they said it was fine and charged me alot on shipping. so then i picked up the phone and told them it was not fine and it was having the same problems(artifacting, card not recognized as correct card). and then they told me this.
sorry sir, but your motherboard only supports pci-e 4x....ok when i heard that i got sooooooo angry:mad: :mad: ....how the hell could that guy be a tech support? im 16, hes 30 and hes trying to be a wiseguy and hes telling me that i have my card installed in a pci-e 4x slot:bang head :bang head :bang head :bang head i just hang up the phone and left it to be. now i should also add that i contacted Gainward about this and they told me to send the card to them(my ignorance cost me alot).
so now, after a month, i didnt even contact them this nice guy from their support asks me if i still want the card replaced. This is after one month and didnt even think about asking them again, they just asked me. This is what i call quality service. I'm very satisfied with Gainward
