I know I can pick up regular brass fittings/threaded caps from home depot for dirt cheap (already have a pair), but I'd like to use nickel plated ones for aesthetics.

I see Danger Den has some threaded fittings (http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?productid=70&cat=34&page=1) ... but where can I find a cap?

Does mcmaster have any of this stuff?

Perfect. Thanks

I'll see if I can find the fittings at mcmaster when I get off work in the morning...although I guess they would come without o-rings.

Are you looking for caps or plugs? Caps are for sealing off the end of a pipe and plugs are for sealing a threaded hole.

4860K126 is the part number you need for a BSPP 1/4" socket head nickel-plated brass plug.

Mcmaster doesn't carry anything identical to the Dangerden fittings. BSPP barbed tube fittings are fairly uncommon, which is why watercooling manufacturers have to offer them.

The one I found says it's BSPP 1/4" like the danger den fittings are.

I'm looking at this from work (*wink* *wink*), it looks like the caps listed on mcmaster are what I want to go over a threaded fitting from DD.

If mcmaster doesn't carry that style of fittings (I can't find any), do you guys know any cheaper places than DD that do? I know those ones I linked to at DD aren't exactly like the ones they typically use in waterblocks and their radiators - but they'll still work fine (it's the color I'm after ;))
