Now I'm considering getting a UPS and a Surge Suppressor for other devices, and I know APC has a reputation for good stuff (at least, smart ups' and the like) but I've also been eyeing OPTI-UPS.
Are there any good brands other than APC I should be looking at? Out of these two UPS' which would be my best bet

I'll be running two computers (One has a Antec True 430 430W the other a 280W PSU built into an EpoX mini-pc case), and two 19" ws monitors (90W total)
If I can afford it I might be able to pull off getting a Smart-UPS But I'm not entirely sure on that.
Thoughts?
