Creative or TB then what speakers??

Building new system and need some advice on sound.

I am looking at the audigy gamer, oem or the trutle santa cruz card.

as for speakers, i am looking at the INSPIRE 5.1 5300 for $75

I am wondering which card to get also as far a speakers, the INSPIRE 5.1 5700 is over $200 adds some extra W and ext box.
There is also the Yamaha TSS-1B is about $160 not much different than the 5300 but has an external box. I am sure there are other 5sp +subs....

Price is a consern... i am shooting for 150 but can go higher...

Suggestions????

I would get anything from Yamaha , I have had mine for 3 years and have had no problems. I have powered satellites, and a powered SUB. Just make sure that the sub-woofer enclosure is made of wood not plastic... BOOM!!!
