I imagine it varies quite a bit. However, scratches and dents should be expected. I'm sure it's nothing too severe, though.

Eh, not that great. I just ordered a brand new one from outpost for $100 shipped + tax.

If you need a cheaper case, or know it will just get banged up anyway, there are some great deals. But for me, I take great care of my cases and like them to look perfect, so I'll start with new.
