press print screen key (next to scroll lock on the keyboard). Then open up paint and edit > paste or ctrl + v to paste it. Then save the file as a jpg and upload to an image hosting server.
Or if your talking about validation, click on the About tab and then click validation at the bottom. then follow the steps.

Instead of using paint, I use irfanview. It's better for cropping, resizes perfectly with no quality loss, and can save image in all different formats, sizes ect.

On cropping, a neat trick is to hold Ctrl + Alt, then press Print Screen. It just copies the currently selected window.

Special Keys
The F5 key allows to save a screenshot as a bmp file in the application directory. These are named cpu.bmp, cache.bmp, mainboard.bmp and memory.bmp.
The F6 key copies the current page in the clipboard.
The F7 key saves the validation cvf file in the current directory.

You don't need CTRL. ;)
