I'm gonna be needing a Socket478 with the ability to change both FSB and Multiplier though the BIOS. I ended up with a sweet P4. I'm looking at something along the lines of Asus, Epox, or MSI. I'd like it to be an ATX rather than MicroATX.

Input needed thanks for all your help in this matter,

As far as Socket 478 goes the best board that I know of that was made is the P4C800-E Deluxe but I don't believe you can buy those anymore. I believe you can still get the P4P800 by Asus though, Ill check

Other than that I haven't looked at 478s in a while, I still miss my P4C800-E Dlx.

well you either want a 875 or 865?

875's to get for ocing are
asus p4c800-dlx
abit ic7-max3

865's to get for ocing are
asus p4p800-se or dlx
abit AI7

these are the only ones to consider for socket 478.
