im ordering my e6300 today. I already have a p5b deluxe and ddr2 800 g,skill hz so all i need is a decent sized hdd, what would be a good sata 2 hdd? im looking to spend less than $100 so something like $75-80 would be nice ^_^

Doh, updated first link. Didn't even know they had that model in IDE.
I vote for Daleon's second link. The first one is an IDE drive, not SATA 3.0.

Yeah, either of those 2 seagates will rock, fastest 7200rpm drive out right now, at a damn good price.

A Seagate 250 or 320gb SATA Perpindicular FTW...
I bought 2 of them (250gb perps) and i couldnt wait for my p5w to come in so i setup raid on my main system... even on my old ICH5R raid controler... thoes hds pumped out 131MB/s average sequential THATS THE SAME as my friends 74gb raptors in raid 0 on NF4 raid controler!!! AND i bought 2 250gb drives for 10 bucks more than he bought a SINGLE 74gb drive AHAHHAHAHAHHA i win.
