Can someone tell me the difference between these two. Thank You in advance.

The boxes are different, the models are different... (labeling anyway, 100150SR compared to 100150L).
edit: okay, after further looking at the pictures and descriptions I have come to the conclusion that the SR version is more expensive and probably stands for Studio Release because it comes with bundled software the L version does not come with. According to the pictures, the SR version contains Power Director, Sapphire Select, and PowerDVD. The L Version appears to only come with a driver installation CD and could stand for "light/lite".
These are just educated guesses of course.

Looks like one is a Crossfire edition.

They're both slave cards. The box has #2 highlighted in red on both cards. It's the bundle for increased price. ;)
