If you have the latest drivers you can use coolbits. Or you can use a program called powerstrip or nvmax or riva tuner.

Downlaod Coolbits or NVMAX, coolbits lets you overclock your card through the settings in the drivers themselves, whil nvmax is a seperate program for tweaking nvidia cards...
