after loading a new hard drive my mobo green light and case and cpu fans stutter (on and off on and off) and my system wont post, I tried putting the old hard drive back but I get the same thing. Is this a symtom of a dieing power supply? also when I plug the power cord in the power button no longer works(I cant power the system off unless i pull the power cord?? help please fellas
