New to the intel bios, what are some things one should set/disable/enable for overclocking/performance?

Just wondering,, what board/bios do you have?
Also, can you list the rest of your components in your rig? It helps us help you.

Well I don't have that board so I can direct you to a thread that has some bios settings for that mobo.. http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=110193&page=4
