Need help choosing a motherboard!

Hi, I've been lurking around this site/board for quite a while and recently signed up for an account. Please excuse me if I don't make any sense.

I'm trying to build a computer and i'm having a hard time deciding which motherboard to buy. I having been looking at these two in particular:

I will try to do some overclocking after I build the computer and I was wondering which mobo is best for the price and job.

This maybe an option if my budget doesn't permit me to buy the above boards:

Feel free to add any other mobo that you might think would work better.

As of right now I have these parts chosen out:
MSI X1900XTX
E6600 (could change to E6400 if my budget is somehow overextended or someone convince me that it isn't worth it for around $120 more-$1300-1500)

The two conroe boards I would look at getting would be eather the Asus P5WDH if you want to run crossfire and don't need an FSB of over 420mhz, if you get an E6400 I would suggest getting the P5B-Deluxe, it can run 500mhz+ FSB. If you run raid these boards have something called intel matrix raid its very fast.
And right now for budget board the gigabyte DS3 looks good.

well epox for a better budget the gigabyte 965P-s3 ocs the same as the ds3.
for the price no cpu right at the price point of the E6600 its hard to beat. I say the "what board to buy" comes down to how much you have to spend and how much you want to spend per mobo/cpu/ram. First get set on a cpu you want then go with a choice for mobo then ram.
