Looks like all is O.K. The motherboard - if it is retail, will have all the drive cables. I noticed that you didn't list a HSF. Are you buying a boxed CPU? The stock heatsinks that come with the boxed CPU's are pretty much crap.

I'm kinda new to this you mind jogging my memory and telling me what "HSF" means?

YOU FORGOT TO ADD YOUR CPU COOLING OPTION THAT YOU PLAN ON USING FOR THOSE DUAL XPs!

Heat Sink/Fan. The stock cooling that comes with the boxed CPU is the pits. You'll have pretty high CPU temps with it. You'll need a good HSF to go along with your rig - a glaciator or SK6 or CAK38, etc.

Well for my cpu i'm getting silver blocks. I'm going to have a blue orb on my video card. A 120mm exhaust fan. 3 90mm fans 2 intake 1 exhaust. I'm ordering a new heatsink and gonna get a dragonorb 3.

Ok so i decided to go with the sk6 but since i have two cpu's (xp 1900+'s) do i need two hsf's?
Yes you will. I use 2 sk6's myself. Some things to note. You seem rather new to this so make sure you know what your getting into befor you do this. I recomend you get to MP cpu's instead of the xp's. I have seen about a 50% chance of the XP's working in dual. Otherwise be prepared for a big problem. Also your gonna need regestered memory thats supported by tyan. Anything else probaly wont work from what i have seen... and that means crucial too. Tyan removed there memory from there list beucase many memory chips from crucial were dyin out on the tyan boards within minutes. What OS are you going to be using to. If its not win 2000 pro or xp pro then you have a waste of hardware. Be prepared for a ton of driver conflicts as well. Tyan has been horable about releasing prper drivers...etc. I doubt you'll need a blue orb for your hercules card because it already comes with one. You said your getting a koolance case but thats water cooling... so are you getting fan cooling or water? Get a stonger power supply too. 400 watts is great for one athlon but 2 is a lot more. One person that i know had his 460 blow up on him and ended up killing his tyan and cpu's:eek: Im using a 460 tyan aproved nbm power supply for my motherboard alon and another 300 watt for my fans drives etc... Good luck to you.

Would one 400 watt and one 200 watt ps work?

In short, no. It needs one big-a** power supply - Athlons are extremely power-hungry CPUs.
As the guy above noted - make sure to check EVERY component you are buying to make sure they work together - these dual systems have very tight requirements and tolerances with what they will/will not work with.

Well, that depends. If they have decent 3.3V and 5V wattage, and they are both ATX, then you could be all set. :) You'd just want to splice all of the power lines together. Not really sure what the minimums for two chips would be though....I'd wait for somebody that actually has it or knows for a fact how much power they need. You might even be ok with that 400.
Come to think of it, there might be some type of guidelines for this on either AMD's site or the Motherboards Mfr's site.
