Heat removal on Voodoo 5 5500?

Has any one removed the heatsinks on the voodoo 5 5500?
If so How?
Does any one know how to remove thermal glue?

You either play a game for an hour or so then wiggle it off quickly (i can attest to this method as working), or stick it in an anti-static bag and put it in the freezer for like 20mins and it should pop off DO NOT USE A SCREWDRIVER, theres too much risk......also the residue off thermal glue cna be taken off through lapping (recomended) or using acetone or isoporpyl alcohol to clean it upo...
