I am building a new dual proc system based on 2 p4 Xeon 1.7gHz procs. I was planning on water cooling the whole thing but then I heard people talking about how P4s/Xeons run very cool. Is water cooling nessecary? It would be nice to be able to get rid of those expenses, but I don't want to fry anything. Would a top of the line fan suffice? I was planning on using the AquaStealth II kit (w/ aquacoil upgrade) from Becooling (http://www.becooling.com) . Is this a good kit? In your opinions, what is the best kit on the market? Thanks in advance.

I've messed with Xeons a couple times- what I discovered about the pair I had access to was:

1. They do run cooler!
2. They don't overclock worth a darn. May have been the fault of the chipset, though.

Personally, since I couldn't OC in the first place them I didn't bother with better cooling. You may have better luck!
