I bought a motherboard from ewiz.com, I just finished the build, it's about my 15th over the years, all of them went well but this one. the MB turned out to be DOA so I tried to RMA back to ewiz but it's past the 15 days and they would not RMA. So whats the procedure to get a new one from ASUS, they have a 3 year warranty , I searched their site high and low still can't get anything from it.
I did though fill out one of those support forms but 3 days and no response.
Has anyone done this with ASUS, sure could use some help getting a replacement board.
Thanks anyone, Dan

Just call them. They are pretty good about their rma speed.

it doesn't bother me so much, but it's one of those $300 + WS MB's

All the more reason for them to treat you nicely:beer:

Yea, I called once like an idiot about an overclocking issue, and of course they couldn't answer my questions but offered to rma the board:)
