I don't know much about the program, but X-Designer (http://www.ist.co.uk/xd/index.html) from IST looks like it might work.
'Build your application graphically using Motif objects or "capture" a running Motif program, put together test suites or create internet ready applications. Generate code for Motif, Java, Windows or keep it independent of the toolkit. This is just a small sample of what X-Designer, the award winning Motif GUI builder, can do.'
Also, I know that you are talking about GUI's, but if you want to port the logic to Windows, I am relativly familar w/ Java and can try to port you code to Java. That's one of the reasons I learned Java over C++, write once- run everywhere :->
