You can only achieve ddr800 with 200mhz bus speed. Intel is quad pumped, your CPU is 133x4. Curently you are running a 1:1 and are running your memory at 533. If your increase your FSB, you will also incease your memory freq.
As Stiletto says, your running a slower FSB because the 805D is only rated for 266. If you bump the 805D to a 400Mhz FSB you will have the option of selecting DDR800. You will also get DDR800 by selecting slower FSB speeds than 400. If my memory serves you can get DDR800 or close to it at around 3.6 Ghz also...I think the FSB was at 333 or about that.
