CPU hsf

Just wondering what cpu hsfs you guys could recommend for an intel core 2 duo (socket 775) to fit inside an antec super lanboy. I've been recommended the tuniq tower 120 and the arctic cooling 7 pro, what one out of these is best and would they fit? Thanks

p.s. can you recommend any others?
