That all depends on what your budget is, and what you want. Do you want ATI Crossfire?
Then for Desktop Enthusiast boards, the P5W DH runs the 975X chipset.
The P5B Deluxe runs 965 chipset and does not fully support Crossfire. The P5B is ble to achieve higher FSB, about 500 to be exact, where the P5W DH will do about 410-450.
For a cheaper solution, the Gigabyte DS3 will run the high FSB the P5B Deluxe does, but does not feature the Deluxe benefits like ICH8 RAID, WiFi, ect..
