My case came with a 500 Watt powersupply...I also have a ThermalTake 430W new powersupply (http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16817153023).

Which one should I use? This is what the 500w power supply is (attached).

Here are the voltages according to SpeedFan for the 500w PSU:
Vcore1: 1.28V
Vcore2: 1.87V
+3.3V: 3.36V
+5V: 4.97V
+12V: 2.30V
-12V: -16.97V
-5V: -8.58V
+5V: 5.05V
Vbat: 3.30V

It's on a E6400 at 2.13ghz and is under FULL load (2x F@H).

My AMD currently has the ThermalTake PSU and I accidently shut it down remotely (I'm at work) so I cannot tell you the voltages.

I think I should swap the thermaltake psu into my computer and put the one that came with the case into my parents computer (amd).

2 things.

This thread should be moved to the PSU forum.

That NZXT PSU is a ton better than that ThermalTake.

I'm not sure I understand.

Isn't the NZXT one a generic PSU? I always heard that TT makes VERY good PSU..almost as comparable to Fortans.

Oh, sorry about the wrong section post.

It's not really a generic, it just isn't a known name. 2 reasons why I'm telling you to keep it in your PC: 1, your rails are dead on under load. 2, that TT that you have is not one of TT best. Some TT are very good and some are not, you have the not. You would have to spend over $50 to get into TT 'good' line of PSUs.
