gigabyte 6vtxe and vcore

hi there,
I've this mobo and a tualatin 1.3 (13x100), I did try to put the bus@133 but the system didnt start, probably cause the vcore is too low to let the cpu start. I couldnt find any place where regulate in the bios the vcore, could anyone tell me if this board has the possibility of vcore regulation?

My bios is ver.6
The ram is 133
