I just typed for about 15 min for a post and then my stupid zone alarm wouldn't let my post through so this time I'm gonna make it short.I bought an 850 AKCA Duron to use as my "throw down"cpu from NewEgg but they sent me an 850 ANCA.It has a small square core not the rectangular one.I know that in the past all Durons over 1gig were using the Morgan core, has this changed to include lower mhz cpu's?They wouldn't swap it because they didn't have the AKCA in stock so they were gonna refund me and I'd have to re-purchase it on the web.Well I only paid $36 for it and now any stepping 850 is $50.They gave me a deal on a 1gig T-bird I couldn't refuse for the inconvience but I haven't returned the 850 as of yet.If it is a Morgan core I will probually keep it for the $36.Any suggestions? Now moving on,the 1gig is an ASHHA Y wk 19.There are only 2 in the database in the 1200 range(not very inviting news)as my AXIAR Y will hit 1575 on air(have water-cooling setup but not gonna set it up until I move to my new house in 2 weeks).Does anyone know anything about this stepping. My XP1800 is a big enough dissapointment I don't need anymore. The reason I like the 1gig is solely because of it's OC ability.Nothing beats being able to achieve a 50% OC.(unless of course it's a higher than 50% OC.Any info would be great, thanks.

all i know is that the duron(spitfire) core is smaller than the duron(morgan) core, also morgan cores are only used for durons 1ghz and higher, and spitfire for 950mhz and lower(unless its overclocked because sppeds change but cores dont:p )

hope this helps
