Ripping MP3 from a flash player?

I want to download a song from a website but the song is embedded into a flash player. Is there a way to download it as a normal mp3?

They proably put it in a flash format specifically so you cant get the song for free.

I figured it out, I just put it a mini jack from my output to my input and recorded :]

That's one way to do it. Another way is to use a flash decompiler such as Sothink SWF decompiler.
