Hi all,
Well I built 1 of these for a mate and was quite impressed with performace/Euro factor, anyone who wants to upgrade on a budget or, like me, in smaller steps, I'll get mobo/mem/GPU when next lot are launched evaluated and de-buged..
Im using;
Asrock 755Dual VSTA
Asus 7600GT PCIe
2x 512Mb Mushkin LII DDR (2.3.2) salvaged from my Barton rig
E6400
The 7600 was a free upgrade from the dealer after having 3 faulty Club3D (6600GT/6600GT/7600GS) cards in a row.. well the 7600GS was giving the power error from ther driver.
All is at stock at the moment, and whilst I know this is a OCers forum I'll have to forgo max OCing untill next batch of hardware for this rig is purchased.
here is a ORB compare against a P5B Deluxe, not an exact compare but close though, quite competative dont you think.
