update, never mind it turns out that my dad has decided that he doesnt really wnat me to over clock his computer as he needs stability and utility, and he doesnt need high speeds, so i get to upgrade my computer :p ....my dad will get the 1.2 Tualatin, and probably a TUSL2-C (he doesnt want to oc, so this is the best/most stable option for him, with the good ASUS support), i get the BD133U and i get to buy a new CPU :).....so my new question is, how much of an upgrade is a Celly 900 from a PIII600? and if i get this sucker to 1.2 how much faster will it be?....

Haha stability huh. Well I never OC a chip without it being stable.
TUSL_2?????????
ACK.
Well your AGTL bus is going to be hotter than it should at stock speed. There where probably a good batch of knock offs made and Google Gear got the lot but I have seen others with the board say the same thing and I don;t think they got theirs at Google Gear. Guess I shouldn't waste my time trying to help people so much seems the advice doesn't get heard. Got other stuff to do than beat a dead horse.
And no there was not any water on my ASUS board as I only had the canister on it for like 15~30 minutes. I had it on my ST6 for 14hours and it is still fine. Had a chunk of hard ice form right below the chip on the back side of the board but I guess ICE in its pure state is about as conductive as rubber;) Same with H2O and that is why one should always use distilled H2O in their H2O cooling systems. If there is ever a leak it may not be the end of the system.
Back to the drawing board.

if it were entirely up to me, i would probably go with the Abit, but since it is my dad's computer , and he has the right to choose what he wants, he will get the TUSL2-C, at stock speeds the TUSL2 is probably one of the most stable boards out there......
I think their both stable boards.. but when it comes to overclocking Abit is better...
