Right now I'm in the middle of testing my memory on my gaming pc. But I have a question.

First, it is, OCZ platinum pc3200 mem. 2 GB (1 GB/stick).
Running memtest86+ on it.

The program is telling me that I only have 2047 MB of memory and it is DDR398. I was just wondering if this is something typical or if I may have a problem with one of my sticks. Yeah, I'm a newbie, but please bear with me:rolleyes:

that sounds ok. it may read as ddr 398 because your board is actually a little off (199 instead of 200).

Sounds ok, if you are testing memory in memtest just run either test #5 or #8.
